This policy explains what personal information Prime Meat House LLC ("Prime Meat House", "we", "us") collects when you use primemeathouse.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at primemeathouseinc@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password when you create an account. Passwords are encrypted and we never see them.
• Order information: the items you order, your chosen pickup date and time, notes you add, and your order history.
• Payment information: if you pay online, your card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach or are stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider records for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• To prepare your order, have it ready at the time you chose, and contact you about it.
• To send order confirmations and pickup notices by email.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records required by law.
• To answer your questions and improve our products and website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and fill your orders, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Supabase, which stores accounts and orders.
• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• Resend, which delivers our order emails.
• Our payment processor, when online payment is offered, which handles card payments under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or customers' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when pages load.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open, and order records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes, typically up to seven years. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can view and update your information by signing in or by emailing us. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email primemeathouseinc@gmail.com. We will verify your request using the email address on your account and respond within 45 days.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Accounts are intended for adults.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by email.
